Every product sold or rented by our company carries a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.  Fairmeadows Home Health Center, Inc. will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage, and we will honor all warranties under applicable law.

Fairmeadows will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare covered equipment that is under warranty.  In addition, the owner’s manual with warranty information will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where the manual is available.

Privacy Statement:

This policy outlines the steps we take to protect the information you share with us. Protecting your privacy is of the greatest importance to us. Be assured we will never sell, swap or rent your personal information to anyone. The information you supply is used to process your payment.
We may ask for certain information such as your name, address, phone, e-mail address, etc. to provide services. We will not rent or sell your information to unauthorized third parties. We will share it as necessary with our Client (your healthcare service provider).
Payment Information:
The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider,, who processes your order. The credit card information is NEVER recorded or stored by Fairmeadows Home Health Center, Inc., and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Your credit card details are sent directly to over a secure SSL-encrypted connection (please refer to their privacy policy at They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction.
Keeping your information safe:
Fairmeadows cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.
Compromise of information:
In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Fairmeadows will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify the Client whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. It is the Client’s responsibility to contact you if your information is compromised.

Refund Policy:  All goods and services purchased by the customer or paid for by the customer’s insurance are not refundable.  Our products and services are delivered based on a prescription from a doctor.  The appropriate documentation proving medical necessity and the written doctors order are obtained prior to delivery.  For further questions about refunds please call our customer service line noted on our website header.
