Legal Disclaimer

All goods and services purchased by the customer or paid for by the customer’s insurance are not refundable. Our products and services are delivered based on a prescription from a doctor. The appropriate documentation proving medical necessity and the written doctors order are obtained prior to delivery. For further questions about refunds please call our customer service line noted on our website header.

Warranty

Every product sold or rented by our company carries a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Fairmeadows Home Health Center, Inc. will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage, and we will honor all warranties under applicable law.

Fairmeadows will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare covered equipment that is under warranty. In addition, the owner’s manual with warranty information will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where the manual is available.
